Question: I’m a Canadian requiring USA EIN#, corp, and a bank account. Please help.?

I need to incorporate a business in USA, get a EIN #, create a bank account under the corporate name, and have a bank account manager deposit incoming payment checks.

I used a service before… it was anonymous incorporation type of thing. it can’t be trusted.

i am a canadian citizen with tax ID. I would like to incorporate myself somehow. (I live in S.Korea, but hoping to do this online.)

please tell me where to go. thank you infinetly.

I just finished filling out the adobe form ss-4, however, it wont let me sign it…i dont know what or where to go from now to get the ein number?

help please???
Edit: how do i submit the form…

if its a partnership, does it matter whose name is listed on the form?

could i just call in and give them the info off the form?

what am i doing wrong here???

Answer: Call them you can fax the form.

but i have no clue how to prounce it.

Answer: By raising the back of the tongue toward the soft palate and lowering the soft palate toward the tongue, nasal sound are produced, such as is heard in the pronunciation of the word "hanger".
