I searched the IRS website for the form. We applied for an EIN number on the IRS website but it only had one space for 1 partners name. What is the form that we must use to add the second partner.

edit: maybe it’s a part of any hospital, I don’t know. But there must be a medical facility, which provides translators, private rooms, halal food etc.
