12.3 + 2.7 + 18 = 33%
56000 x 33 = 18480
divide by 4
18480 / 4 = 4620 QTR Tax
This would be for everything. If you need Federal only
56000 x 18 = 10080
Divide by 4
10080 / 4 = 2520 QTR Tax
