Small Business Tax Michigan

Question: Local townships and their funding for Michigan?
Why is it that townships in the state of Michigan don’t not pay sales taxes or even a percent of sales taxes but charge sales tax? Michigan as a state funds them why souldn’t they have to pay some back? What makes them any better than us small business?
Answer: This is something which I think should be changing in the future. Governments need taxes to operate but Big government often wastes much of the money collected and has little to return to the people who live in neighbourhoods and who have to pay really for everything. How much of your tax dollars does the Federal government waste while your local government either does without or raises property taxes every year to fund for sewers and roads, schools and sidewalks? While the Feds pay for bombs, bullets and bull shit you have to make do with sewer backups and bumpy roads. Some things need to change and how we collect taxes is one thing I think really needs an honest politician to implement but how many of those do you ever see?
