Obama awards $2.3 billion clean energy tax credits

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama unveiled a $2.3 billion tax credit on Friday to boost jobs by promoting clean energy, as new data showed the country's unemployment rate remained stuck in the double digits.

Question: Do republicans not realize that Reagan expanded the earned income tax credit?

in 1983 calling it “one of the best tools that the US has to fight poverty”…..here’s the kicker…under the legislation he signed into law, those who did not make enough to have to pay income taxes still got the credit and a refund from the IRS…..Why are Republicans complaining about Obama giving tax refinds to people who don’t pay taxes, when their hero Reagan did it and called it a great tool to fight poverty?

Answer: Ford enacted the Earned Income Tax Credit. Reagan expanded it, as has just about every president since. Bush expanded it again in 2001.

Question: Can Yahoo work as a neutral party while buying an used car? hold the money until I received the car? help…?

The seller told me this, but I am an old fashion person. I like to do business on person (face to face). He said “Yahoo! Autos Financial Department, They will keep the money until you receive and inspect the car. You will have an inspection period of 7 days. If the car is not like described you will have to ship it back on my expense and Yahoo! Autos will give you a full refund” Is this true? Does yahoo offer this service for real? Never hear anything like this… That is why I am undecided to buy or not this car.

Any help will be appreciated. I do not want to be part of any online fraud.

they asked for minimum 6 months to live in us last year to qualify for that,but i lived in us 5 months and 10 days last year,if i should fill that amendment form to save myself from heavy penalities,if yes how to do that online,how much penality i will get if i got 300 more
