Question: will getting a business cell phone help build my credit?
well i started a business 6 months ago i have my EIN and havent opened up any accounts, my personal credit is shot from some bad mistakes in my teen years. and want to know if getting a business cellphone with verizon, at&t, sprint etc…… will help me on the start to good business credit…..
Answer: No. They do not report on your credit report.
You can have credit that DOES report on your credit report under your business name however
Just open accounts as you dba ….(name of you business)…
The only bad things is that unless you want B2B accounts in the future your personal cred will be run too, so your past bad credit will still drag you down some for a while…but the most helpful thing would be to establish new credit under BOTH your personal and your business, and to try to negotiate with past businesses who placed the derogatory credit items to either delete them or soften them.

Employment Tax Tables

Question: Child support question -?
My son’s father has paid hardly any child support during the past several years. The last time I brought him to court to get him to pay, he claimed that he was unemployed (yet he was employed, just working under the table).. so the judge ordered him to pay only $33 per week. He’s successfully evaded paying even that.
Our case is finally being reviewed, and I am anxious to see what happens. My question is – will the court ask him to provide proof of income tax returns? I know he’s filed at least a few years out of the past ten, and claimed self employment income…
Answer: I agree with Kristiane.

Small Business Tax Break

Question: Obama and the dems are for small businesses and tax breaks for them, why don’t tea parties endorse the dems?
the republicans if elected will lower taxes on large corporations and make them pay less than small businesses do and will make it even harder for them to compete. Also according to their website http://www.gop.gov/solutions/ they aren’t offering any tax breaks to small business owners. Why do these tea baggers vote against their own best interest.
Answer: The teabaggers are a sad, sad group.
They are united in nothing but opposition to Obama, that is all.
And I’m not saying they’re all outright racists, but you must see for yourselves people.

Tax battle will show if reform is still possible
Look at America and Europe and it’s clear Australia has benefited hugely – in a material sense, at any rate – from the painful micro-economic reforms of the 1980s and ’90s.
