Question: Question about in-home Nanny reporting of income?

I hired a Nanny that is going to start watching my son in July 2008, in MY home.. for next year’s taxes.. I have researched that I need to report a household employment Schedule H and figure the employment taxes. My question is, how does the Nanny report the income on HER taxes? Does she include the income as other and then include the amount I withhold on Schedule H in her 1040 withholdings? What is the best way to report Nanny salary? Thanks in advance.
Can anyone provide more detailed information?

Answer: In January of 2009 you will give your nanny a W-2.

Then she files just like everybody else who gets a W-2.
