Question: Can I use existing bank account for my new SMLLC?

Before I created my Single Member LLC, I used a second bank account at my bank to handle my sole proprietorship income and expenses. Can I now continue using the same account for my newly created SMLLC. I have no need for a “business” account, as my business is completely online. The account is separate from my personal bank account, but is a personal account. Also, should I was my SSN or my LLC’s EIN for the 1099’s that I will receive for the income for my SMLLC. Thank you for your help. Best answer gets 10 points.

Answer: Yes, you can continue to use that same account. The bank doesn't care if you are an LLC or not.

It doesn't matter if you use a SSN or an EIN for your bank interest reporting. The IRS knows that both numbers mean the same person. But since the bank may not really know this is a business account, giving them your EIN may tip them off that it is, which usually means more fees.

Question: how to receive revolving credit/credit cards under my corporation?

i know you have to build corporate credit first by establishing credit with trade lines. but wher ei get stuck is how do i receive credit cards under my corporation? what companies are willing to give credit to a new corporations just under my ein/corporation. I know my personal gurantee will come in when applying for loans but i knowyou can get credit cards but i don’t know which companies are willing to issue it.. ? does any expert entrepeneurs have the answer?
